Sizing & Dimensions

Q  What are the exact dimensions of the sofa?

Because our sofas are modular and can be configured in many ways, dimensions vary by configuration. Contact us via live chat or email service@BlueCovea.com and we'll send you the full spec sheet — including assembled dimensions, seat depth, and backrest height — for the exact configuration you're interested in.

Q  What size are the boxes when they arrive?

Our sofas ship vacuum-compressed in compact rectangular boxes. The boxes are small enough to fit through any standard door, stairwell, or elevator — you do not need to worry about getting them into your home. Contact us for exact box dimensions if needed.

Q  How do I know which configuration is right for my room?

Check our Sizing Guide page — it covers choosing by household size or room shape. If you're still unsure, send us a description or photo of your room and we'll recommend the best fit.

Assembly & Setup

Q  Does the sofa require any tools to assemble?

No tools needed. Our modular system uses a simple click-together connector design. Most customers complete assembly in about 10 minutes. A step-by-step video guide is available on our website.

Q  Can I change the layout after assembly?

Yes — that's the whole point. You can rearrange the modules, move the footrest to either end or into a corner position, and reconfigure the layout whenever you like. No tools required.

Fabric & Care

Q  Are the covers removable and washable?

Yes. All covers are removable and machine washable. Unzip, remove, wash on a cold gentle cycle, and air dry. No professional cleaning needed.

Q  Is the fabric suitable for pets?

Yes. BlueCovea fabrics are scratch-resistant and stain-resistant, designed specifically for households with pets. The washable covers mean accidents are easy to deal with.

Q  What fabric options are available?

We offer several fabric colors and textures. Order a free fabric swatch before you buy — contact us at service@BlueCovea.com or use live chat to request yours.

Orders & Shipping

Q  How long does shipping take?

Standard free shipping takes 5–7 business days from the date your order ships. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Q  Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous US states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Contact us for updates on shipping availability.

Q  Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at service@BlueCovea.com with your order number and we will cancel it for a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

Q  Can I return my sofa once it's opened?

Because our sofas ship vacuum-compressed, the packaging cannot be reused once opened. For this reason, all opened items are final sale — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after unboxing. To make sure you get it right the first time, we offer free fabric swatches and free sizing help before you order.

Q  What if I haven't opened the box yet?

No problem. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the original packaging is intact. Contact us at service@BlueCovea.com to start the process.

Q  What if my sofa arrives damaged or defective?

You are fully covered. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@BlueCovea.com with your order number and photos or video of the damage. We will send a free replacement part at no cost to you — no need to return the original item.
