If your sofa has not been unboxed, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible:
- All original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- The item must be in the same condition as received

2. Opened Items — Final Sale, No Returns or Exchanges
Because our sofas ship vacuum-compressed, the packaging cannot be reused once opened. Once unboxed, the sofa expands to full size and cannot be repackaged for return or exchange.
For this reason, all opened items are final sale — we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any sofa that has been unboxed.
