Our Shipping Promise

Every BlueCovea sofa ships free across the continental United States, directly from our US warehouse. No hidden fees, no freight brokers, no waiting weeks for an overseas container.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order confirmation email is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

 

You will receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. All times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous US states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories at this time. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

 

To check your order status:

 Find your shipping confirmation email

 Click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number to the carrier's website

 If tracking is not yet active, check back after 48 hours

 

Order not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation? Please contact us at service@BlueCovea.com with your name and order number and we will investigate immediately.

 

Shipping Delays

While we ship from our US warehouse for the fastest possible delivery, occasional delays can occur due to high carrier volume, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

If your order is significantly delayed, we will proactively reach out to you. You can also contact us at any time at service@BlueCovea.com and we will work to resolve the situation.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

 

 Email service@BlueCovea.com with your order number

 Attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage

 Do not discard any packaging until the issue is resolved

 

We cover all shipping damage under our 2-Year Defect Replacement Guarantee — we will send a free replacement part at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.

 

Returns and Refunds

Because our sofas ship vacuum-compressed, the packaging cannot be reused once opened. For this reason:

 

 Unopened items: may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Original packaging must be intact. Contact us before shipping anything back.

 Opened items: are final sale. Once unboxed, the sofa cannot be repackaged and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

 

To avoid ordering the wrong size or color, we offer free fabric swatches and a free sizing consultation before you buy. Contact us at service@BlueCovea.com to request yours.
